  • Bulk orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment or purchase order, as agreed upon mutually.
  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on logistics and availability.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged Goods: Any damage to products during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Returns: We generally do not accept returns on agricultural inputs unless the product is proven to be defective or expired at the time of delivery.
